The Ariel Elite Services Authorised Partnership Programme enables you to supplement your income in addition to your monthly Salary. Which is Further Split into 2 Categorised, which is Freshers in H.R. and Experienced H.R Personnel with 10 Years & Above.
As an Authorised Partner for Both the categories , you will share all potential leads with Ariel Elite Services. Our Sales team, under the direction of Subject Matter and Industry recruitment Vertical Experts, will collaborate with the Recruitment Specialist, Research and Compliance team and other departments to secure the deal and establish a mutually beneficial long-term business relationship.
Upon Each and every single Potential lead qualifying and converts into an invoice being successfully billed and full and complete payment is received against the same invoice Through you AESAP / Freelance Recruiter , Then the revenue is shared between Ariel Elite Services Authorised Partner / Freelance Recruiter and Ariel Elite Services.
Eligibility to Become an Ariel Elite Services Authorised Partner:
You will enter into an agreement which needs to be signed and submitted alongwith with you Documents like copy of your Pan card, Aadhar card ,Voter id card , 2 passport size photo & a cancelled Cheque of your Bank Account, to receive Payments.
You must have a laptop with Internet connectivity 24 x 7, 318 days in a year.
You have contacts with and knowledge of organisations seeking reliable HR service providers.
* You are seeking a way to supplement your monthly income as a Ariel Elite Services Authorised Partner freelance recruiter.
* You desire a consistent stream of income and to leverage your network.
* You believe you can achieve more as a freelance recruiter then you nay do so.
Registeration Fees is Rs 29,000, which is valid for a period of 2 years and thereafter Renewable as per the Registeration Fees Applicable then after completion of 2 year from the date of singing the Ariel elite services Authorised Partner / Freelance Partner Agreement.
Obligations of an Ariel Elite Services Authorised Partner:
* The AESAP will identify opportunities to offer one or more of the HR services that Ariel Elite Services strategy provides.
* It will qualify the lead and introduce the customer to AESAP personnel by arranging a meeting between Ariel Elite Services and the client for further discussion.
* It will assist and collaborate with Ariel Elite Services throughout the client sign-up procedure.
